Ray has the best customer service! I live in Salt Lake and would rather go out of my way to take work to him because he treats me so well. For example: On Monday morning, I brought in a couple of props from my DuoProp Volvo, but could only afford to get the worst one fixed. I also needed it done by the following Wednesday at 3p. Tuesday morning Ray texts me that the prop is ready. When we went to pick it up, he had also touched up the other prop for no additional charge. So not only did he have the work done early, he was more than fair on the price. Nice work Ray! You have a repeat customer in me!

Ray did a fantastic job! I dropped my impeller to my 89 Sea Doo off on a Friday morning it was repaired and i was back on the water Saturday afternoon. Not only did he do a fantastic repair, he also suggested I contact another local shop to get a wear ring so that i would not have to travel all the way to west valley. Nice to see that a small business like Prop Doc still believe in customer service!
